The following are Purple Protea’s Shipping Options:

LETTER MAIL

If your item qualifies for Letter Mail shipping - you will have the option for $5.00 letter mail shipping. When purchasing this option you agree that your item will be mailed without tracking or insurance. This option is at your own risk - any packages that are lost or damaged are your own responsibility and will not be covered by Purple Protea.

STANDARD SHIPPING

The Standard Shipping option is available for all purchases. This is a flat rate fee of $15.00 and includes tracking and insurance. We highly recommend purchasing this shipping option to ensure you receive your package in a timely manner.

LOCAL PICK UP

If you are local to the Chilliwack BC area and wish to pick up your item - we would be happy to accommodate you! We are located in the east side of Chilliwack and offer picks up most days of the week.

LAY BUY 

Items purchased through Lay buy will not ship until the final payment had been received. 

Details about Lay Buy:

At checkout you will find the option to LAY BUY. Minimum 30% to a maximum of 50% of the total payment up front, and the remainder to be paid one month later.

There is a once-off 1.9% Lay-Buys admin fee at the time of placing the order.
